What You’ll Do:

• Invoice Processing – Handle high-volume manual data entry (~800 invoices/month) in Apparel21 and SAP
• Reconciliations & Accuracy – Ensure timely and precise vendor statement reconciliations
• Supplier & Store Support – Resolve invoice discrepancies, receipting issues, and liaise with stores and suppliers
• Payments & Compliance – Prepare payment files, ensure proper authorisations, and adhere to policies
• Continuous Improvement – Identify ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

✔ High attention to detail & accuracy – You spot errors before they become issues.

✔ Strong administration & data entry skills – Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Problem-solving mindset – You take initiative to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

✔ Experience in Accounts Payable (2+ years) – Preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

✔ ERP system experience (SAP, AP21 preferred) – Knowledge of invoice processing systems is a plus!
