Maid Agency Sales And Placement Executive (Freelance/Part Time)

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales driven Freelance/Part Time Maid Agency Sales and Placement Executive to join our expanding domestic helper agency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of a maid agency’s operations and be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales agents to ensure smooth and efficient agency operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of the domestic helper placement cycle, including sourcing, selection, interviews, contract preparation, and client support.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant authorities.
  • Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve any issues related to domestic helper placements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with management to set sales targets and ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales agents as needed.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the latest trends, changes in laws, and requirements in the domestic helper sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a maid agency with hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end process.
  • Has to be Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certified.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and industry practices is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Results-driven and able to achieve sales targets.
