Part-Time Mail Processing Associate

Afternoons | Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a reliable part-time team member to help process our outgoing mail each afternoon.

Hours

• Typical shift: 3:30 p.m. – 7:00/8:00 p.m.
• Ideally 5 days per week (we are open to fewer days)
• Schedule is flexible — we can work with your availability
• Occasional later nights (especially once a month during high-volume periods)

What You’ll Do

• Process First Class Mail using several different methods
• Apply postage to envelopes, flats, and parcels
• Sort mail from our 128-bin sorting machine
• Deliver the finished mail to the Post Office using our 26-foot box truck

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to drive a 26-foot box truck to the Post Office each evening
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work
• Ability to work independently once trained

This is a steady afternoon role with the flexibility to adjust hours up or down based on your needs and our volume.
