Maintenance Person
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their concerns
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Proven experience in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
