Our Markham based Property Management company is looking to hire a Property Maintenance Administrator.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer service phone calls & emails—follow procedures and communicate effectively with Property Manager to ensure service issue is resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain relationships with contractors ensuring good service, communication and timely results
  • Follow-up phone call for repair quality care
  • Follow system to obtain invoice approvals
  • Annual Service Contracts—manage expiries & renewals—collect quotes and prepare awarded service contracts ie., landscape, snow removal, HVAC, etc.
  • Manage, document & track all electrical and gas metering issues, may require working with accounting on some issues
  • Schedule inspections.
  • Monitor Tenant/Landlord renovations
  • Manage work orders
  • Effectively communicate with Property Manager with respect to property issues.
  • Prepare correspondence for Tenants, Landlords, contractors or suppliers as required by Property Manager
  • Ensure property/tenant service and maintenance management system databases/files are maintained.
  • Provide backup for other departments or team members as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
