Role

Under the direct supervision of Reservation & PBX Supervisor, Reservation & PBX Agent is responsible for corresponding all inquiries on transient reservations for Aman Rosa Alpina and sister properties for customers, restaurant reservations and PBX for Aman Rosa Alpina

Perform simple maintenance and repair services across many speciailities including mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, laundry, kitchen etc. Develop skills in a variety of tasks, contributing to the property's upkeep by following safety guidelines and procedures.
