Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general repair and maintenance duties for our property. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems and will help ensure the smooth and safe operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical fixtures, and HVAC units.
• Conduct inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Handle basic carpentry, painting, and minor construction work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests.
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
• Keep maintenance logs and report usage of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Assist external contractors when required for specialized repairs.
• Perform emergency repairs as needed to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance or a similar role (hotel/hospitality experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
