You’ll tackle both preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. This role suits someone proactive, adaptable and ready to make a real impact.

Description:
What you'll be doing:

Maintain and repair electrical systems across the plant
Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot electrical faults
Complete preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
Record all work accurately in MaintainX
Ensure all tasks meet safety and Australian Electrical Standards
Support production teams and work closely with contractors
Contribute to a safe, efficient and high‑performing operation

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

A current NSW Electrical Licence and valid driver’s licence
Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive mindset
Clear, respectful communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
A hands‑on, reliable approach with a proven work history
Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment (highly regarded)
A strong commitment to safety, compliance and best practice
Flexibility to support the business with occasional overtime or weekend work when required

Monbeef is part of Bindaree Food Group’s paddock‑to‑plate beef business, processing quality beef from south‑eastern Australia for customers across the country and overseas. The Cooma facility is a modern, hot‑boning, halal‑certified plant that produces beef meat and offal for both domestic and export markets.
