Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Electrician at Natures Best, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and repairing factory plant machinery, engaging in project work, and supporting new plant installations. This role offers the potential for career progression and the chance to work with a company that has been a staple in the industry for many years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
• Conduct reactive repairs to minimize machine and equipment downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns across various sites as needed.
• Assist with electrical installations and new plant projects.
• Contribute to and participate in continuous improvement activities within the team.
• Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary projects
• Supervise project-based work as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Fully Qualified Electrician.
• Experience in both Industrial and Domestic Installation techniques.
• Familiarity with safety systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Remuneration:

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
