Roles & Responsibilities:

• CNC Machine Maintenance: Execute routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on various CNC machines (e.g., VMC, HMC, CNC Turning centers). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults swiftly to minimize production downtime.
• Documentation & Records: Establish and maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, history cards, preventative maintenance checklists, and compliance documentation. Ensure all records comply with company’s quality standards.
• Spares Management: Source, evaluate, and procure critical maintenance spares and consumables. Coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and manage inventory levels to ensure zero production halts due to missing parts.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring machine failures and implement root cause analysis to deploy permanent corrective actions.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety protocols and company environmental policies.

Skills and Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or EEE
• Experience: 5-8years in CNC machinery.
• Understanding of CNC control systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
