Roles & Responsibilities:
- CNC Machine Maintenance: Execute routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on various CNC machines (e.g., VMC, HMC, CNC Turning centers). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults swiftly to minimize production downtime.
- Documentation & Records: Establish and maintain comprehensive maintenance logs, history cards, preventative maintenance checklists, and compliance documentation. Ensure all records comply with company’s quality standards.
- Spares Management: Source, evaluate, and procure critical maintenance spares and consumables. Coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and manage inventory levels to ensure zero production halts due to missing parts.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring machine failures and implement root cause analysis to deploy permanent corrective actions.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety protocols and company environmental policies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or EEE
- Experience: 5-8years in CNC machinery.
- Understanding of CNC control systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
