Maintenance Handyman/Woman For Permanent Work In The Pool Industry

We are looking to train you to become a swimming pool technician in a permanent full-time position in a growing pool company. If you have hand tool skills and some diagnostic ability you are the person we are looking for.

The role

You will be installing and repairing pumps and filters and chlorinators

Retail sales and advice

It is an interesting and varied role with everything from new equipment installs, on site fault finding and repairs to water testing, balancing and customer service and advice within the retail shop.

You will be based at Engadine and working in the Sutherland Shire on the southern side of Sydney.

Skills and Experience.

If you have previously worked in a service role on the tools or have mechanical aptitude and are looking for a change you should apply as full training will be provided.

You will need to have good time management skills, be friendly and have a focus on customer service.

A manual drivers licence is essential.

A work vehicle, tools and phone will be supplied.

Full support and assistance will be provided with up-to-date training and industry expertise.
You will need to be able to work within a team and also alone.

Hours and Renumeration

There is a rotating roster with some weekend retail work.

Package includes a mobile phone and salary negotiable with experience.

$65,000 training to $75,000 + super + weekend rates

Penalty rates apply for weekend work Saturdays and Sundays 9am -1pm
