Purpose of Role:

Due to continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance schedule for our technicians, ensuring they have all the necessary equipment to complete their tasks. This role is a hybrid role based in Dublin.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all technicians planned maintenance works are scheduled in accordance with yearly customer contract timelines.

Ensure additional equipment required for scheduled works are ordered and available for works to commence, such as service kits, filters, MEWP's.

Managing the daily schedule to accommodate changes based on technician availability and emergency call outs.

Work closely with the Maintenance Account Managers and Administration team to communicate on all aspects of customers changes.

Maintain a close working relationship with all technicians on all aspects of their role.

First point of contact for all maintenance-related calls and manage the receipt of all equipment delivered to the office.

Serve as a support function for the maintenance team by attending meetings, assisting each other, providing cross-training, and training colleagues.

Generate monthly reports and present to the Maintenance Administration Manager.

Perform additional tasks as required, including ad hoc duties relating to the Department.

Role Requirements:

Proven experience in a planning / scheduling position essential

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using CAFM systems essential, Job Logic would be an advantage

A highly customer focused individual, motivated to drive performance in teams delivering high standards of service.

Ability to work as a team player

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proactive can-do attitude
