We are currently seeking a Maintenance & Security Assistant to join our vibrant team at Radisson RED Oslo Airport and Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Oslo Airport.

Skills and Experience:
As a Maintenance & Security Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests. Your role demands a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to handle security protocols with professionalism.

• Our property maintenance & security team is committed to ensuring everything works as it should, to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. It’s far more than changing a light bulb!
• Our Maintenance team love to fix things! You will collaborate with our maintenance & security team and lead by example, be a master multitasker, a fixer, and a doer with the tools to keep our hotel looking top notch
• You bring a heightened sense of vigilance, a commitment to ensuring safety and security, and a dedication to maintaining a secure environment for our guests and staff
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and the smooth running of the property maintenance department.

Qualities We Seek in Our Maintenance & Security Assistant:

• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
• A diploma within a technical trade or other technical background is beneficial but not essential
• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude.
• An eye for detail.
• Is a creative problem-solver.
• You are calm and patient in stressful situations
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
• Fluency in English as well as a Scandinavian language
