Marini Services is currently seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to join our team! This new team member should have the ability to thrive and work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment; Organized, proactive/self-starter, detail-oriented, and critical thinking skills required; Company vehicle will be available from home base.
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, roofs.
- Knowledge of New Home construction
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee all aspects of maintenance at each apartment community
- Perform small repairs under our new home warranty department
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Conduct tenant walkout inspections
- Be present for inspections, appliance repairs, and Assist with access to units as needed
- Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and monitor safety issue
- Perform Software maintenance tasks for tracking work orders and adding notes
- Ensure excellent customer service with courteous and professional attitude toward all residents and team member.
- Participate in rotating schedule to help cover emergency requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
