Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve maintenance and repair issues in both commercial and residential properties.
• Respond to work order requests from Neville-managed properties.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and management regarding maintenance issues.
• Perform emergency maintenance duties as needed.
• Accurately record and submit timekeeping and work order paperwork.
• Coordinate with contractors for site visits and repairs.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance calendar and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Oversee and maintain all aspects of building structures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in building maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a personable demeanor.
• Must have a personal set of general tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Reside in Chittenden County, or within 45 minutes of South Burlington.
• Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and a sense of balance.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to always represent Neville Companies professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
