Schedule: Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Minor Electrical troubleshoot/repair
· Minor Plumbing troubleshoot/repair
· Minor drywall installation/repair
· Minor exterior installation/repair
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Electrical and plumbing troubleshoot/repair (minimum 2 years required)
- Hand Tools
- Valid state driver's license
- Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, stoop, and stand on ladder for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
