We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain the overall condition and functionality of our hotel. This role supports guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms, public areas, and equipment are safe and well-maintained.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
• Complete routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, organized manner
• Assist with property improvement projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
