What You'll Do

• Be the expert in the room. Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robots, chillers, compressors, and auxiliary systems, fast, smart, and right the first time.
• Stay ahead of failures. Execute preventive maintenance schedules, spot deterioration early, and push continuous improvement ideas that actually get implemented.
• Own safety. Lead by example on LOTO, machine guarding, and every protocol in between. Safety isn't a checklist here, it's a value.
• Keep it documented. Maintain clear records of repairs, PMs, and parts so your team always has what they need to succeed.
• Work across the floor. Partner with production, engineering, and quality to prioritize smartly and minimize downtime.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Injection molding experience strongly preferred
• Solid working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• A diagnostic mindset — you troubleshoot systematically, not by guessing
• Flexibility for shift work in a 24/7 operation
• Clear communication and genuine team-player instincts
