We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Morning Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community.
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Morning Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community.
Responsibilities:
- Unit turns / make-readies
- Painting and drywall patching
- Minor repairs and general maintenance
- Preparing vacant units for move-in
- Assisting with daily work orders
- General property upkeep and maintenance support
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of general maintenance experience
- Experience with apartment turns / make-readies preferred
- Reliable, task-oriented, and able to work independently
- Friendly attitude with good customer service skills
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus
- Basic HVAC knowledge or apartment maintenance experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
- Personal smartphone required for work-related apps/photos
- Must be able to pass a background check
