Description of role:

Skilled maintenance person ready to join an experienced and supportive team. Responsibilities include apartment make-readies, light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair, and rotating on-call. Previous experience and vehicle with valid driver's license necessary. Excellent salary and benefits.

TASKS:

• Perform apartment make-readies, light electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested
• Rotating on-call

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Vehicle and valid driver’s license necessary
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures

Work Schedule:

- Full time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

- Rotating on-call
