• Maintenance and Repair: Storage maintenance technician is required to maintain the physical structure of the storage facility, including buildings, doors, gates, and other infrastructure.
• Equipment Maintenance: Handle the maintenance and repair of any equipment used in the facility, such as security systems, lighting, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with equipment and facility systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Turnover and Renovation: Preparing storage units for new renters, including cleaning, repairs, and minor renovations.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with maintenance-related issues or questions.
• Safety: Responsible for ensuring the safety of the facility and its occupants, following safety procedures and addressing any potential hazards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills are required.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently is crucial.
• Physical Stamina: The job involves physical labor, such as lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
• Communication: Good communication skills are needed to interact with customers and other staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
