Overview
Arbors Management is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our operations. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with various departments to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and functional environment.

Duties

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall and groundskeeping.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance staff as required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Skills

• Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and custodial duties
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to supervise and guide team members in maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for effective maintenance tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.50 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
