MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WANTED FOR APARTMENT COMPLEX IN MORGANTOWN, WV.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. BE SKILLED IN CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, GLASS REPLACEMENT, PAINTING, MASONRY, PEST MANAGEMENT, APPLIANCE REPAIR, HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Flooring installation: 5 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Morgantown, WV 26505 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Morgantown, WV 26505: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
