We are growing and have immediate openings for skilled maintenance technicians at our 686-unit apartment community located in Cincinnati. If you're looking to learn new skills and want to work for a company with tons of growth opportunities, this job is for you! You will be part of a great team with some of the best managers around.

• Perform apartment turnovers and general residential maintenance tasks.
• Basic skills, mechanical aptitude & strong work ethic are desired.
• Skills will include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, hvac.
• Experience working in affordable housing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
