We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to handle general apartment and facilities maintenance for a small, well-maintained building located in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours, steady work, and minimal travel between properties.

Responsibilities:
-Complete service requests and routine maintenance repairs
-Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
-Maintain apartments and common areas in safe, working condition
-Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
-Experience in general apartment or facilities maintenance
-Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair
-Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (properties are close together)
-Own basic hand tools
-Cell phone for communication
-Clean background check
