Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Plastic Injection Molding)

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite)

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay Rate: $30 to 35/Hour

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in plastic injection molding. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plant machinery, presses, and auxiliary equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plastic injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment.
• Assist with installation and removal of machinery and production equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC units, heaters, and restrooms.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Perform building maintenance and general upkeep, including snow removal when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols.
• Keep maintenance areas organized and clean.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machinery.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
