Overview: Maintenance personnel are responsible for ensuring that our rooms, infrastructure and amenities are operating at maximum efficiency. You will be dealing with all manner of maintenance tasks ranging from painting/decorating through to plumbing and electrical.

What the position looks like

As a member of the maintenance team your duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of all hotel properties including guest rooms, pools, hot tubs, front and back offices and exterior areas

· Maintaining and storing equipment in a safe and orderly manner

· Ability to work independently and efficiently

· Painting, light carpentry, and repairs

· Answering guest requests for repairs

· Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel

· Completing job task lists daily

· Other tasks as required
