*This is a contractor position
- Minimum 2 days per week work as staff security and/or parking attendant at weddings on the weekends in the evenings
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, patios, sidewalks, etc.
- Experience with yard work, lawn maintenance, concrete work, construction, AC repair, sprinkler repair is a plus
- Perform minor repairs, such as locks, doors, doorknobs, etc
- Do garden/yard upkeep by taking care of lawn issues, collecting trash etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Maintain, service, clean, and properly store company equipment
- Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces
- Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations and painting)
- Report to an operations manager for issues
- able to climb ladders, be outside in the sun, lift 50lb
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Perform other related duties and activities as required
Pay: $20.00 per hour
