Job Description:
This is a position in the Facilities Management department. The position focuses on general maintenance and the caregiver may be assigned to work in a variety of areas of focus.Shift details: Mon to Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Essential Functions
- Performs routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls or floors.
- Assists with the installation, repair, and maintenance of hospital equipment and systems.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests and providing immediate assistance to resolve the issue.

Qualifications
- Willingness to work hard and to learn.
- Some experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience as a maintenance generalist or handyman is required.
- A valid driver license may be required for this position.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following established safety procedures and protocols.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Bending, lifting, stooping, crawling, laying, sitting, walking, climbing.
- Use of hand and power tools, proper use of hearing and eye protection.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures in nature, work in noisy or constricted spaces, exposure to odors and smells.
