Ryntal Property Management is hiring a full-time experienced and reliable maintenance people to service our Sarasota and Manatee County properties. Handy man skills must include painting, drywall and texture repairs, changing locks, and other general maintenance duties. Must have own tools (primarily hand tools), reliable transportation (truck/van preferred for some light hauling) with proof of insurance. The work is performed during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 – 4:30. Hourly wage depends on qualifications. Must pass drug test and background investigation.
