Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Ground maintenance
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Painting, sanding, cleaning, etac units and checking, changing smoke detectors
- Operates, troubleshoots, inspects, assesses and performs general repairs that do not require a trade certification.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed

Experience:

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$29.61 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
• janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
