Entry Level: Any Sales/ Support/ Executive BPO voice process

Salary: Starting offer Rs. 17,000/- to Rs. 21,000/- plus PF (get hike on last CTC)

Experiences: Fresher or minimum 1 year as a customer sales, renewals and support

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Required Languages: Malayalam and English

Job Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Outbound inbound calls to existing customers support to inform them about the benefits and features available to them. Please note, this is not a hard core sales role but rather a relationship service process.
• Fixed salary and shifts with six working days.
• Fresher required a malayalam and english communication for sales and support.
• Work experienced candidates required a minimum 6 months of BPO voice process industry in a various relationship management, customer service, sales, support, or renewals is acceptable.
