Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with procedures.
- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Help patients with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document patient information and update medical records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) or healthcare assistant training program preferred.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Summary
