Management Accountant - Event Agency

We are seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our event agency. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with strategic financial analysis to drive both company-wide and project-specific success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage comprehensive project-based accounting, including detailed job costing and expense tracking for individual events and productions
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems for both company-wide operations and individual project performance
• Create and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial ratios to benchmark our performance against industry standards
• Identify areas for financial optimization and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed variance analysis
• Monitor project budgets and actual costs, providing regular updates to project managers and leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in project-based environments
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
