emagine is seeking a Management consultant to IT Operation for a client in the insurance and pension sector.
Background for the assignment:
With the increase of tasks in relation to service delivery management, vendor management, DORA compliance, External Audit, Security Standards and much more, IT Operation is in need of a consultant who is able to deliver sufficiently to both internal and external stakeholders.
Tasks:
Description of process and procedures, governance, SLA, OLA
Assisting in delivering to internal and external audit
Assisting in implementing Security Standards with steering and technical writing (i.e procedures or governance)
Competencies:
Proficient in writing and formulating processes and procedures.
Good knowledge of compliance and standards.
Knowledge about DORA is a plus
Basic knowledge about IT Infrastructure and Operations is a plus
Other relevant critical information
Able to take initiatives on her/his own and be able to navigate in a busy environment
The assignment is a "hands on" so making plans and writing is crucial of the assignment
Period: 01.12.24 - 31.05.25
Workload: Fulltime, time & material
