Join our growing Talent & Organization team at Accenture Strategy & Consulting as an Analyst, where you’ll work on client projects spanning organizational change, talent strategy, HR transformation, and the people side of major technology and business transformations.
Your role:
As an Analyst based in Helsinki, you’ll join the Nordics and Netherlands Market unit. Our nearly 200 colleagues bring diverse academic and professional backgrounds, with a wide range of skills and strengths.
You’ll work on client projects focusing on organizational change, talent strategy, HR transformation, and the people side of major technology and business transformations. In practice, this often means helping organizations implement significant technology, AI, or business model changes while designing future ways of working, redefining skills and roles, building capabilities, and supporting people through their change journey. You’ll:
Work on client projects addressing key Talent & Organization themes
Develop core consulting skills such as structured problem solving, conceptual and critical thinking, presentation skills, storytelling, data-driven insights, and stakeholder management
Support business development by creating proposals and building client relationships
Gradually build expertise within a specific Talent & Organization area
Who you are:
You are genuinely interested in client work and motivated to grow as a consultant within business and organizational development. You enjoy collaboration and taking ownership, value a positive and psychologically safe team culture, and are focused on helping clients succeed while contributing to a better world for tomorrow.
We expect you to have:
A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, behavioral or social sciences)
1-2 years of relevant work experience after graduation, consulting experience is seen as an advantage
Interest in HR and workforce transformation, change management, learning, technology and AI
Strong self-leadership and ability to work in diverse teams
Solid project, time, and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Interest in sales and proposal work
Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Finnish is considered an advantage.
