General Operational Duties
-Front of house -- Customer Service, Sales pitch, Understanding turnovers, Hygiene practices, Public relationships
-Bartending (optional)
-Understandind Kitchen cooking procedures and processes
-Marketing events executions
Administrative Duties
-Back of house reports -- Daily report, Food and Beverages Sales and Cost reports, Purchase and cost control
-Staff Rostering
-Digital Marketing involvements and assistance of Marketing projects with in-house Marketing team
Career Offering:
-Salary from $2,500 - $3,500 depending on experience & personality
-6 days work week
-Sunday and PH Off
-Sales Target Incentives from $200~$800 a month
