The National Kart Centre is currently looking for a Full Time Venue Manager at our Limerick location, to lead our team, oversee day to day operations of the business and take our indoor Kart Centre to the next level!
This is a fun and energetic role, which is perfect for someone with a passion for motorsport, leadership and someone who loves building a rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
NKC Limerick is one of Irelands longest standing and highly reviewed Kart Centre venues.
As Venue Manager you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the business in your front line leadership role. Your daily duties will be a mix of fast paced front of house work, making bookings, managing groups and ensuring your customers have the most enjoyable experience possible. You will be responsible for everything from opening, closing and everything in-between, while leading your team in their responsibilities and ensuring safety standards are met and the presentation of the venue is clean an tidy.
- You will be required to lead, train and motivate your team.
- Foster a positive, professional and fun team culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain a welcoming and energetic atmosphere to your customers
- Assist with stock control
- Identify maintenance issues
- Ensure equipment is cared for and maintained
Ideally you will have past experience is customer service and managerial roles with strong leadership abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
