Restaurant Manager – Full-Time

Mary Brown's Chicken in Aylmer is looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Time Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong teams, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members, preparing staff schedules, managing labour and food costs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards. You will also play a key role in driving sales, improving operational performance, and creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to lead by example. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing a high-performing team.

Previous experience working in a chicken restaurant or with chicken preparation and operations will be considered a strong asset and is highly preferred.

Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
