The Lagoon Bar & Restaurant seeks an enthusiastic, motivated & hardworking Manager to join our Boutique Guest House, Bar & Restaurant based on the outskirts of Letterkenny on The Wild Atlantic Way.
Suitable candidates will have:
- Management experience in a quality environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff & management.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Direct & manage staff members to meet standards & objectives.
- Delegate duties & tasks to staff.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Communicate effectively with senior management to regarding operations.
- Greeting customers.
- Waiting on tables.
- Running food & drinks.
- Looking after daily orders.
Salary is negotiable.
Accommodation can be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €46,000.00 per year
