Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
• Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Coordinate catering services and events, ensuring all client needs are met with precision and professionalism.
• Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hotel operations is essential.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
• Experience in catering services is a plus.
• Ability to train and develop staff effectively, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient management of sales transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,925.00 - $55,349.00 per year
