Tokyo by Night is looking for enthusiastic Karaoke Managers to take charge of the Eindhoven location!

About the job

The Karaoke Manager is a supervisor to the team of karaoke hosts, as well as the person responsible for everything happening on the karaoke side of the venue.

The Karaoke Manager is in charge managing our team of approximately 7 karaoke team members. They make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently (both for guests and for their team).
They are the voice of the karaoke hosts and communicate any wants and needs to the management team. They lead with innovation and positivity, keeping the team energized and the venue organised, all while making sure everyone feels heard, happy and motivated.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring that the team always offers a high level of service and hospitality.
• Making the weekly schedules for the karaoke team.
• Ordering necessary supplies.
• Making sure the working environment is clean and organised.
• Taking initiative to make work as enjoyable and efficient as possible.
• Hiring new hosts.
• Making sure everybody’s up-to-date & up-to-speed.
• Being responsible for the progress of each and every teammember (onboarding, training, evaluation meetings, etc).
• Being the contact person for your team (& care for their well-being).
• Having regular meetings with other managers.

About you

• You have a passion for hospitality and service.
• You (preferably) have experience in management.
• You are a problem solver, a quick thinker and a real team player.
• You're a good leader - and you always lead by example!
• Your communication is strong, you make decisive choices, and you bring clarity to those around you.
• You have the ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• You adapt well to different people and situations and are open to learning from others.
• You're based in the Netherlands - preferably in Eindhoven.
• You're flexible (in terms of working hours, not yoga).

Soort dienstverband: Fulltime

Salaris: €3.000,00 - €3.250,00 per maand
