Job Title: Manager Advertising and Social- Contract Type : Permanent
- Work location : Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Manager Advertising and Social is responsible for digital strategy development and campaign execution for traffic, conversion, and loyalty building to drive (Reduced-Risk Product) business in collaboration with OC (Operation Center, Global Headquarters) and internal stakeholders.

- Develop digital & content strategies with Head of Digital by identifying emerging platforms, creative and content delivery trends, and innovative digital acquisition/ retention/ customer care programs that will continue to transform RRP (Risk-Reduced Product) business
- Lead media strategies and build up opportunities for digital paid media execution based on strong understanding of digital touch points (OOH, Media, Channels)
- Define locally and contextually relevant digital marketing communications
- Accountable for budget allocation, montioring and reporting
- Collaborate with digital channel leads and marketing team on content, campaigns, landing page and retargeting strategies to ensure brand consistency
- Drive discoverability and lead generation in the digital space via innovative digital acquisition programs
- Manage relationship with Media Agency, set objectives and review performance vs. KPIs
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies with the Media Agency
- Plan and execute digital media campaigns (media planning, media buying, creative directing) and platform partnership campaigns
- Drive discoverability and user acquisition in the digital space via innovative digital acquisition programs and improvement of marketing performance, ultimately driving traffic and conversion on IQOS digital & social platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on campaing and media performance
- Set meaningful KPIs in collaboration followed by performance monitoring and optimizing marketing communications and platform functionalities for enhanced consumer journey
- Proactively develop new partnership opportunities with platform and media partners
- Manage digital projects in collaboration with global & local IT teams, developers, and/or platform partners.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities
- Manage media agency, performance and KPIs
- Accountable for budget allocation, montioring and reporting
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities
- Analyze engagement metrics and report on social media performance
- Collaborate with other digital channel leads, marketing, agency and and other departments to ensure brand consistency and goal alignment
- Create and maintain a content calendar
- Track emerging social media trends and tools
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing & social
- Expertise in digital media strategy, planning, and execution a strong plus, especially in performance-driven paid media (targeting, retargeting, etc.)
- Experience in developing integrated digital strategies (brand/product marketing & communications), including action plans and roadmap
- Experience developing and managing brand/campaign websites, social media platforms (especially Kakao)
- Familiarity with Kakao platform
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses
- Strong portfolio of previous social media campaigns
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working with various digital platforms and agency partners preferred
- Ability to derive business insights from a variety of market/consumer/platform/marketing performance data
- Strong in analytical and strategic thinking, stakeholder communication, and multi-tasking
- Highly fluent in both Korean and English
