- Thoughtfully recruit, develop, manage and retain a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday’s applications.
- Promote a team-orientated, exciting and innovative work environment.
- Maintain and continuously improve the consulting on-boarding, performance management and career development process.
- Collaborate with the Resource Manager, Sales and Engagement Managers to effectively staff engagements and build the appropriate skills necessary among Workday consulting resources to ensure project success.
- Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure the consultants are adhering to the activities, processes and procedures outlined in Workday’s Implementation Methodology.
- Administer consultant incentive compensation plans
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through leading and participating in internal initiatives.
- Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements, timeline and scope to accurately estimate projects in one or more of the following functional areas (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, HCM Security, Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Talent or Payroll)
- Deliver the full suite of service offerings designed to assist customers toward self-sufficiency including but not limited to:
- Feature Adoption Workshop
- Functional Review
- Health Check
- 3+ years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting
- 10+ years of software consulting experience on large, enterprise projects
- 4+ years as a people manager and/or relevant experience leading an implementation team
- Workday certification in one or more product areas will be required as a condition of employment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- 2+ years as a people manager preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of influencing and interacting with senior executives, internally and externally
- Capable of leading and influencing large design meetings towards an effective and collaborative outcome;
- Ability to collaborate with other organizations within Workday effectively
