Responsibilities

  • Accountable for new and potential customer/business revenue & gross profit with high impact to the overall
  • profitability of DHL Supply Chain Korea
  • Accurate decisions, recommendations, successful establishment of new business would result in the achievement of business objectives
  • To proactively identify and develop win-win sales relationship with new and potential customers
  • Provide customers specific advice/information to Commercial Director to facilitate business performance review, evaluation & budgeting.
  • Support Commercial Director to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing strategy and directives through Opportunity2Deliery (O2D) process.
  • Establish BCA(Business Case Assessment) papers for getting internal approval
  • Understand solutions made by Solution Design and transportation team and present the solutions to customer
  • Offer effective pricing to win new business and sustain profitable growth
  • Deal with customer after careful consideration on pricing and costing issues
  • Sign on contract with effective negotiation with customer as well as complying the internal process

Requirements

  • Academic background: College graduates and above.
  • Strong Communication skills, spoken and written in English
  • Over 5 years of sales experiences in the logistics market preferred.
  • Person with a customer-oriented mind who can positively accept customers' needs and deliver the customized solutions.
