- Work with our clients to co-design and facilitate the development of the change vision, story, roadmap and strategy.
- Analyse the current state of the organisation, identify and engage withstakeholders and map the impacts of the change across people, process, and technology.
- Prototype and iterate change interventions to drive long-lasting realisation of change supporting and/or leading client change journeys including communication, engagement and training.
- Leverage agile and human-centered design methodologies such as design thinking, employee experience and behavioural science working on conception, design and implementation of workforce readiness diagnosis and transition.
- Accelerate change enablement through data-driven tools including dashboards to track change progress and drive change sustainability.
- Develop relationships with business stakeholders and leaders to drive change leadership ensuring their acceptance of the future state and sponsorship of the change across their teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to identify project opportunities, define scopes, develop delivery strategies, and ensure execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Drive thought leadership by contributing to the development of Capgemini’s workforce transformation methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate across Capgemini’s global network, leveraging cross-functional expertise to deliver integrated solutions.
- Core consulting skills with a strong background in the people and change aspects of digital transformation
- Minimum 4 years' experience in people and change management, having delivered in transformation programs or projects.
- Demonstrated experience in change activities that drive stakeholder engagement, change acceptance, business readiness and adoption
- Ability to understand the future state and empathise with the employee to understand what this means to the organisation and the people, and the ability to identify and plan the required change activities
- Experience in facilitating workshops and driving a structured and organised approach to change delivery
- Passion for leveraging data and digital tools as enablers for change.
- Passion for shaping the future of work, with a forward-thinking mindset and curiosity about emerging trends in workforce strategy, AI, and digital enablement.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link people and change strategies to business outcomes and value creation.
- Relevant certifications such as PROSCI, Agile, SAFe, or Human-Centered Design are highly regarded.
