About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Manager, Continuous Improvement and Transformation to join our team. This role will work closely with the Senior Business Manager, CFOO, and the senior leadership team to identify, prioritise, and execute initiatives that drive continuous improvement, process re-engineering, and transformation across the business. These initiatives will support our strategic goals and foster a culture of operational excellence.
As a key member of the team, you will lead complex initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, system alignment, and overall organisational performance. Your work will contribute to a culture of impactful change and transformation, directly supporting QIC’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Lead and manage complex improvement projects focused on process efficiency, system optimisation, and overall performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the enterprise to identify opportunities for improvement and drive transformation initiatives that create lasting impact.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence by promoting continuous improvement and transformation best practices across the organisation.
- Develop frameworks for process optimisation, supporting scalability, consistency, and business performance improvements.
- Conduct analysis to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities and provide insights to align with strategic goals.
- Manage stakeholder engagement in change initiatives, ensuring adoption, adherence to best practices, and effective training and support.
- Establish transparent communication channels to ensure alignment, update stakeholders, and foster collaboration.
- Execute and assist with a wide range of initiatives across the CFOO group as needed.
About You
- Proven experience in leading and managing continuous improvement and transformation initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong ability to align improvement efforts with strategic goals to drive organizational success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- A passion for operational excellence and a track record of achieving impactful results.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with a focus on creating standard processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Advanced written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, detailed reports and presentations.
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making ability, with experience influencing and guiding others in making commercial decisions.
