In the newly created Manager, Corporate Operations (Compliance Focus) role, we’re seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to lead corporate operations with a focus on compliance, coordination, and administrative excellence.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who can see the big picture while managing the details—ensuring governance, reporting, and operational processes run smoothly, consistently, and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee corporate operations, ensuring key administrative and compliance processes are well-coordinated and executed
  • Lead Board and governance administration, including meeting coordination, records, and documentation
  • Manage and track compliance requirements across policies, reporting, and regulatory obligations
  • Coordinate organizational reporting to Habitat for Humanity Canada, government, and funding partners
  • Support HR-related compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation standards
  • Maintain and improve systems for records management, reporting, and internal workflows
  • Provide operational and administrative support to executive leadership
  • Liaise with external partners, including vendors, insurers, and service providers

What You Bring

  • 3+ years experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles with increasing responsibility
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
