  • Collaborating with Sales to collect customer feedback and integrating insights into marketing and product strategies.

  • Driving value-based marketing initiatives that clearly articulate the benefits of Sakura’s solutions for specific market segments.

  • Analyzing market trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs to shape tailored marketing programs.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.

  • Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales and business growth objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing localized marketing campaigns with measurable impact.

  • Experience in event management, ensuring seamless execution and strong return on investment.

  • Strong ability to translate global marketing strategies into locally relevant initiatives.

  • A background in sales-driven environments, with a focus on customer engagement.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Sales, Product Marketing, and Communications teams.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer insights, and marketing performance.

  • Experience in a global or matrix organization, with the ability to navigate complex business structures.

  • Effective communication skills in English and at least one additional language.
