Dealer Management: Track, monitor and review dealer sales performance, purchase orders & payment to achieve set targets. Support and identify areas of improvements and implement action plans as necessary. 50%
Principal Management: Understanding of principal’s requirements and network management to improve branding & sales 10%
Customer Relationship Management: Achieve principal’s targets of NPS through constant improvement of dealers’ retail customer experience. Ensure dealer adherence to CI & brand requirements 10%.
Process Management & Collaboration: Identify areas of improvements for sales processes through close collaboration with dealers & other functions to increase productivity of the dealers & administrative team 10%
Sales & Product Training: Provide training for dealer sales team to raise service levels and product knowledge. 10%
Sales Operations & Compliance: Prepare and provide sales reports and forecasts for senior management or principal. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in dealer sales operations. 10%
